Job summary

• Partner with patients and families to implement and evaluate care plans.
• Educate patients and families; tailor education; document discharge instructions.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks; respond to emergencies.
• Complete clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards.
• Focus on patient throughput and ethical care; ensure quality outcomes.
