Job summary

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital is seeking a Critical Care RN to join our team in Kentucky. The RN will coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, including medication administration, wound care, and patient monitoring, while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for patients and families.

The role requires ICU experience (preferred), KY RN licensure (or compact-state license), BLS, and ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• RN licensure by KY Board of Nursing or a compact-state Board of Nursing.
• ICU experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• BLS required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer from non-ICU area.
• 1–2 years clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, monitor vital signs.
• Provide respiratory, ventilator management and monitoring for patients.
• Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition using computerized documentation systems.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Registered nurses provide and coordinate care for patients. The Registered nurseis responsible forcollaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families.

Daily responsibilities of the Registered nurse include but are not limitedto:assessments and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and communication of patient needs.

What you will do in this role:
