Huntsville Hospital Health System is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care and diagnostic services across critical, general, and emergency care areas, following established standards. You will perform electrocardiograms and related examinations to support patient care.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a CoARC-accredited program, and current Alabama and NBRC licensure. BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from a CoARC accredited program.
• Current licensure by the Alabama State Board of Respiratory Therapy.
• Current licensure through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP required; ACLS, PALS and NRP must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• One to two years of clinical respiratory therapy experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and changing tasks quickly.
