Memorial Hermann Health System in The Woodlands is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RCP) to deliver basic and advanced therapeutic and diagnostic procedures for patients with respiratory disorders, including critical care. You will act as a resource to RCP I and participate in patient education and departmental quality programs.

The role requires up to 50 pounds lifting, good communication, and experience in acute care.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CRT/RRT license preferred.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Performs respiratory care procedures and therapies as prescribed.
• Interprets arterial blood gases and related tests.
• Provides patient education on care plans and procedures.
• Follows physician orders for drugs and treatments.
• Maintains accurate documentation and safety compliance.
