Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Georgia.
• Associates Degree required.
• Successful completion of registry examination.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with nurses and physicians about patient care, ventilator changes, and ABG results.
• Document treatments, medications, vent flow sheets in EMR and ABG logs.
• Manage critical care patients; assess CXR, labs, and progress notes for care plans.
• Provide floor therapy and patient education; coordinate care during patient transfers.
• Organize care, set priorities, and perform consultations and other duties as assigned.
