Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licensure: Massachusetts license preferred; NBRC RRT preferred; BLS certification required.
• Experience: 0–1 year of Respiratory Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and/or assists with respiratory tests and procedures, as ordered, to deliver appropriate care.
• Responds to respiratory emergencies and transports mechanically ventilated patients as needed.
• Prepares care plans and makes recommendations to physician for indicated therapy.
