Qualifications

• Massachusetts license/respiratory care practitioner license required.
• 0-1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and assists with respiratory tests and procedures as ordered to deliver appropriate care.
• Responds to respiratory emergencies and transports mechanically ventilated patients.
• Prepares care plans and makes recommendations to physicians for indicated therapy; schedules treatments as needed.
• Manages all aspects of respiratory therapy per policies and procedures.
• Performs bedside rounds and modifies treatment plans based on patient response.
