Qualifications

• NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS and ACLS required upon hire.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, therapy planning, and medication administration.
• Manage ventilators, conduct weaning, and interpret waveforms.
• Administer aerosolized medications, perform airway management, and assist with invasive/non-invasive procedures.
• Educate patients, families, and support staff while promoting a safe environment.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with policies.
