Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide age-appropriate care across neonatal to geriatric populations under the direction of nursing leadership. The role emphasizes adherence to Missouri Nurse Practice Act and hospital standards, with opportunities for professional collaboration and growth.

Requirements include Missouri RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, with PALS/TNCC as tier 4 candidates. Two years of critical care experience is required for Tier 4. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved professional nursing program.
• BSN- preferred
• Licensed to practice in Missouri as an RN; BLS and ACLS required; PALS/TNCC as tier 4 only

Responsibilities

• Administers individualized age-appropriate patient care per Missouri Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborates with Charge Nurse, Patient Care Manager, Director and VP of Patient Care to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintains accurate documentation and patient safety throughout care delivery.
