Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide age-appropriate care across neonatal to geriatric populations under the direction of nursing leadership. The role emphasizes adherence to Missouri Nurse Practice Act and hospital standards, with opportunities for professional collaboration and growth.

Requirements include Missouri RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, with PALS/TNCC as tier 4 candidates. Two years of critical care experience is required for Tier 4. BSN preferred.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Charge Nurse, Patient Care Manager, Director, and Vice President of Patient Care, the Registered Nurse administers individualized age-appropriate patient care to the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric and adult patient according to the established nursing standards and Nurse Practice Act of Missouri.

Education

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of an approved professional nursing program- required

Certification & Licensures

• Licensed to practice in the State of Missouri as a RN- required
• BLS Certification- required
• ACLS Certification- required (Tier 2, 3, and 4 only)
• PALS Certification within 1 year of hire (Tier 4 only)
• TNCC Certification within 1 year of hire (Tier 4 only)

Experience

• Two (2) years of critical care RN experience (Tier 4 only)- required
