Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. seeks an experienced RN for an onsite ICU float pool assignment in New Jersey. The role features 12-hour shifts (12 hours/day, 3 days/week) with a weekly stipend and base pay, operating in IMU and potentially other units as needed.

Candidates must have at least 2 years ICU/MST experience, current BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications, and NJ/Compact licensure. The position runs 12 weeks starting 11/04/2026, with night shifts 7p-7:30a and a requirement to float across units.

Qualifications

• Flexible to float to IMU/RMC/MST and other units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week in ICU/IMU float pool.
• Float across units including MST as needed and cover holes.
• Adhere to Cerner EMR documentation and complete shift requirements.

Additional Information

• CC/ICU Float RN Contract
• 8 weeks
• Night Shift 7p-730a
• This is for the Float Pool. Primary unit will be IMU at Hopewell but could be floated to RMC, and any applicable unit including MST if needed.
• Every other weekend, every other holiday required
• 2 years current ICU and MST experience
• Required Certification: BLS, ACLS, NIH
• Scrub Color - Navy Blue
• EMR - Cerner
• NJ/Compact Lic. required at time of submission.
• No block scheduling or special accommodations. RN needs to be flexible to work around the holes in the schedule.
