TalentBurst is seeking a Night Shift RN for MSICU in Plano, TX. This 13-week onsite contract features 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), starting 10/26/2026. Weekly pay includes a $1,491 stipend plus $261 base weekly, totaling about $1,752 weekly. Assignment length is 13 weeks with potential interview-based scheduling notes.

Required: active RN license, 2 years ICU experience, Meditech, TNCC/CCRN/TCRN, ACLS, BLS certifications; central/arterial line insertions and chest tubes as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required (no temporary licenses).
• 2 years ICU RN experience preferred.
• Meditech experience preferred.
• Certifications: TNCC, CCRN, TCRN, ACLS, BLS required.

• Location: Plano, TX

• Unit staffing description: Supervisor on every shift, PCT
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements:Every other weekend

• Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following:
• MEDITECH EXP. PREFERRED, TNCC, CCRN, TCRN, ACLS , BLS AND NIH Certification
• Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN/LVN/Tech)
• ACTIVE RN LICENSE – TEMP LICENSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
• Central line insertions, arterial line insertions, thoracotomies, bedside trachs, chest tube insertions
