Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Northern California in Redding, CA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. This full-time role offers a $10,000 bonus and opportunities to contribute to patient recovery in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include PT assessment, treatment, program planning, and meticulous documentation under physician orders. BLS and CA PT licensure are required, with prior hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in CA.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• One year of hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct physical therapy services to patients, including assessment and treatment.
• Plan and implement therapy programs and document activities.
• Communicate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care.
• Utilize computer systems for documentation and charting.
