Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• One year of experience preferred; hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment and program planning.
• Document and communicate care under physician orders.
