Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Northern California in Redding, CA is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to support the Physical Therapist in delivering patient care. You will assist with treatment planning, implementation and documentation under physician orders in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires an active PTA license in California and a current BLS cert, with one year of hospital experience preferred. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current, valid PTA license in CA
• Current BLS certification required
• 1 year experience preferred; hospital experience preferred
• Ability to project a professional image
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist in provision of Physical Therapy services, including treatment, planning, implementation and documentation.
• Communicate with the team and follow physician orders.
• Functions under supervision of Physical Therapist.
