Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board eligibility or certification in Critical Care.
• Unrestricted Iowa license to practice medicine.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) with J-1 waiver sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Lead daily multidisciplinary rounds and coordinate care with nursing, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and consulting teams.
• Manage ventilation and perform bedside critical care procedures.
• Educate and mentor residents and medical students.
• Contribute to ICU quality improvement and program development.
