Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatric critical care physician.
• Fellowship-trained in pediatric critical care.
• Capacity to lead rounds and mentor staff and learners.
• Ability to collaborate with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary rounds for critically ill pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists across disciplines.
• Support pediatric surgery, trauma, sedation, and emergency services.
• Teach and mentor APPs, nursing staff, residents, and students.
• Participate in shared home-call coverage.
• Champion quality improvement and patient safety.
