Responsibilities

• Manage medication use process following policy and laws; solve medication-related problems.
• Assess drug information and provide to patients and healthcare teams.
• Engage in quality improvement activities to improve patient care and pharmacy operations.
• May supervise daily workflow for pharmacists, technicians, residents, interns.
• Educate and train residents, students, interns, and staff; supervise trainees.
• Possibly perform pharmacist-in-charge duties and ensure regulatory compliance.
