Job summary

Emory Healthcare seeks a clinical pharmacist expert to optimize drug therapy in a specialty service line (e.g., oncology, transplant, critical care, nutrition support). You will precept students and residents and serve as a resource to fellow pharmacists advancing their clinical skills.

Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited pharmacy school, eligible for Georgia licensure and licensed before start date.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy, eligible for Georgia licensure.
• Licensed in Georgia prior to the official start date.
• ASHP-ACCREDITED PGY1 and PGY2 residencies or equivalent experience.
• BPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and evaluates drug therapy and makes recommendations.
• Serves as a preceptor for students and residents and as a resource for pharmacists advancing clinical skills.
