Position Overview

• Check, prepare, and distribute medications, ensuring proper control and storage.
• Provide pharmaceutical care with an emphasis on clinical monitoring and patient outcomes.
• Deliver clinical pharmacy services to pediatric patients, including attending rounds and therapeutic drug monitoring.

Minimum Requirements

• PharmD degree
• Ohio Pharmacy license
• PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency
• 1-2 years pediatric hospital pharmacy experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Board Certified Pediatric Pharmacy Specialist (BCPPS)
• Board Certified Critical Care Pharmacist (BCCCP)
