Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in a .6fte PCT I position or equivalent patient care work in a health care facility.
• Nursing-related credentials or enrollment in nursing education required, as stated.
• Current BLS certification required within 2 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Directs and leads other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team to deliver age-appropriate care.
• Provide patient/family centered care focusing on physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment with privacy and professional behavior.
