Mercy Co is seeking compassionate individuals to join our Critical Care team as a Patient Care Associate (PCA). Under supervision, you will deliver direct patient care and support to patients and clinical staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Training, support, and opportunities for career growth are available. Interviews and shadowing will be conducted on-site, with a focus on patient safety, teamwork, and professional development.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CNA or CPCT/CPTC certification preferred or in progress.
• Must be enrolled in a healthcare career program.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients with daily care activities.
• Support nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering care.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, hygiene, and comfort.
• Maintain a safe and healing environment for patients and families.
• Perform delegated patient care tasks per Mercy policies and state rules.
