You will orient, train, and supervise transport staff, ensuring smooth handoffs and continuous care across shifts.

The role requires ACLS/BLS and EMT/Paramedic credentials, with 1 year of critical care interfacility transport experience and 3 years EMS/911 experience preferred,

Competenze

• 1 year experience performing critical care interfacility transport preferred.
• 3 years experience (minimum 4000 hours) in 911 or equivalent environment as an EMT/Paramedic preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the transport environment on a shift.
• Orient, train, and manage transport personnel.
• Coordinate with other shifts for continuity of care and relations with departments.
• Maintain records and update policies, procedures, and staff skills.
