Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System in Huntingdon Valley, PA, seeks a per diem transport professional responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating patient care on a shift within the transport team. You will orient, train, and supervise transport staff, ensuring smooth handoffs and continuous care across shifts.

The role requires ACLS/BLS and EMT/Paramedic credentials, with 1 year of critical care interfacility transport experience and 3 years EMS/911 experience preferred,

Qualifications

Orients, trains, and manages transport personnel. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care; maintains positive relations with referring and receiving departments and nursing units; participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills of personnel. Must be eligible for medical command in the Commonwealth of PA.
