Temple Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a transport supervisor to plan, direct, and evaluate total patient care within the hospital's transport environment. This role involves orienting and training staff, coordinating with other shifts, and maintaining comprehensive records to support continuity of care.

Candidate requirements include an Education: high school diploma required with associate or bachelor’s degrees preferred, plus ACLS/BLS, Paramedic certification, and a valid driver’s license

Qualificações

• Requires education as listed: high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in critical care interfacility transport preferred.
• 3 years experience (minimum 4000 hours) in 911 or equivalent environment as an EMT/Paramedic preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and evaluate total patient care on a transport shift.
• Orient, train, and manage transport personnel.
• Coordinate with other shifts and departments to ensure continuity of care; maintain records and update policies and procedures.
