You will work under the Program Medical Director and refer/receiving physicians, ensuring patient safety and adherence to EMS protocols. The role requires autonomous assessment of critically ill patients across ages, collaboration with the transport team, and documentation of care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ALS experience.
• State EMT-Paramedic license (EMT-P).
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients during transport under medical direction.
• Autonomously assess critically ill or injured patients (pediatric to adult).
• Collaborate with drivers, leadership, and healthcare partners.
• Maintain records, participate in quality assurance, and ensure timely transports.
