Job summary

Superior Ambulance Service, Inc. is looking for a Critical Care Paramedic to join our team across multiple Wisconsin locations including Oak Creek. The role requires autonomy in critical patient transport, advanced airway and hemodynamic management, and excellent teamwork with EMS and hospital partners.

Candidates should have ALS experience, EMT-Paramedic licensure, and AHA BLS certification. We offer flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ALS experience.
• State EMT-P License.
• AHA BLS Certification.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to patients in transport under direction of Medical Director and physicians.
• Autonomously evaluate critically ill or injured patients and prepare for transport (ground or helicopter).
• Collaborate with team members including drivers, leadership, and healthcare partners.
• Assess for changes in patient status and proactively solve problems.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for use in emergency conditions.
