Job summary

Superior Ambulance Service, Inc. is seeking a Critical Care Paramedic to join our team across multiple locations including Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, and more. The role requires ALS experience, an EMT-P license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ALS experience.
• State EMT-P License and AHA BLS Certification.
• Possess a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record and ability to operate a vehicle in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to patients in transport under direction of Medical Director and physicians.
• Autonomously evaluate critically ill or injured patients and prepare for transport (ground or helicopter).
• Collaborate with team members, drivers, leadership, and hospital staff.
• Assess changes in patient status and proactively address patient and family needs.
• Maintain records, participate in quality assurance, and engage in training programs.
