Job summary

Superior Ambulance Service seeks a Critical Care Paramedic for openings in multiple Wisconsin locations, including Fond du Lac. Responsibilities include high‑level critical care transport, autonomous assessment and intervention, and collaboration with medical directors and hospital staff.

Candidates possess 2+ years ALS experience, EMT-P license, BLS, and a valid license. Opportunities for career growth and ongoing training are provided within a leading Midwest EMS network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ALS experience.
• State EMT-P license required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care in transport under physician direction and standards of care.
• Evaluate and treat critically ill/injured patients across all ages and prepare for transport.
• Collaborate with team, drivers and hospital staff; maintain records and quality data.
• Assess patient status changes and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Plan equipment placement for emergency conditions; participate in training and certifications.
• Maintain clinical proficiency across critical care scope and safety education.
