Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years in nursing professional development preferred.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina or eligible to practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead education and competency initiatives for Critical Care departments.
• Collaborate with Educators and Nursing Leadership to develop programs.
• Coordinate nursing orientation and residency programs.
• Promote evidence-based practice and clinical pathways.
• Serve as a resource for staff development and accreditation.
