Wilson Health in Sidney, OH is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse Specialist to serve as a clinical leader, educator, and mentor for Acute Care and Critical Care teams. This role blends hands-on patient care with guiding nursing practice across the organization.

You will partner with nursing leadership to support education, onboarding, competency development, and professional growth, while serving as a trusted clinical resource.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license is required.
• Minimum five years of hospital nursing experience.
• Minimum two years of Critical Care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach nurses throughout their professional journey.
• Lead education and competency development initiatives.
• Support new team members during orientation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen nursing practice.
