Job summary

Wilson Health is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse Specialist to serve as a clinical leader, educator, and mentor for Acute Care and Critical Care teams. This role balances leadership with direct patient care to advance nursing practice across the organization.

You will partner with nursing leadership to support onboarding, competency development, and ongoing professional growth, while remaining a trusted clinical resource for staff. This is a full-time position at Wilson Health.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum five years of hospital nursing experience.
• Minimum two years of Critical Care nursing experience.

Qualifications

Required

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license
