UCI Health, part of the University of California, Irvine, seeks a Critical Care Nurse to provide specialized care for hemodynamically unstable patients using monitoring equipment and established care guidelines. You will be responsible for total patient care during shifts in a high-acuity environment.

The role requires a California RN license, BSN, and BLS/ACLS; strong communication and teamwork are essential to support patients and families within a large academic health system.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized care to critically ill patients and families
• Follow AACN guidelines and unit policies for patient care and monitoring
• Maintain total care responsibility for assigned patients during each shift
