Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN, seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator to elevate critical care education and practice. You will partner with frontline nurses, physicians and leaders to design and deliver cutting-edge education that supports high-acuity care and professional growth.

Responsibilities include onboarding, leading evidence-based practice changes, and mentoring nurses across Critical Care and Progressive Care units. MSN/BSN preferred with RN license and 3–5 years CC experience.

Qualifications

• Education-focused role requiring ability to design, deliver, and assess training for frontline nurses.
• Experience in critical care settings (ICU, ED, step-down) and in educating diverse learners.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead bedside education initiatives and onboarding for new hires.
• Develop evidence-based practice changes and training materials.
• Partner with nurses, physicians, and leaders to advance clinical practice.
• Champion simulation-based learning and hands-on training to improve patient outcomes.
