HCA Healthcare is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join the Overland Park Regional Medical Center team in Overland Park, Kansas. The role requires board eligibility or certification in critical care with KS licensure or ability to obtain, and involves full-time work with a mix of day and night 12-hour shifts across 35 ICU beds (MSICU 25 beds, CVICU 10 beds).

• Must be critical care board eligible or board certified.
• Kansas licensure or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work Full Time, 12-15 shifts per month.
• Mix of days and nights.
• 12-hour shifts covering 35 ICU beds (25 bed MSICU and 10 bed CVICU).
• 2 MDs during the day, 1 MD at night.
• Clinical Bedside Teaching to support GME, IM Residents and Cardiac Fellows.
• Ideally available to start in 2026, Early 2027.

• Provide high-level critical care coverage for 35 ICU beds (MSICU and CVICU).
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality patient care and staffing.
• Participate in ongoing clinical program development and patient safety.
