Job summary

ICC Healthcare is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join the HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital ICU team in Panama City, Florida. The role supports an in-house team with 20 ICU beds and a day/night staffing plan, including night call from home.

Ideal candidates are board eligible or board certified in critical care, licensed in Florida or eligible, and available to start Early 2027. J1 visa eligible and open to fellows are welcome.

Qualifications

• 12 hour day shift with night call from home
• 24/7 in-house acute care APP coverage at night

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive critical care in a 20-bed ICU
• Collaborate with MDs and APPs during day and night shifts
• Participate in on-call coverage from home as needed
• Support privileging, enrollment, billing, and collections processes
• Engage in continuous improvement and patient care protocols

Job Summary

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC Healthcare) is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join the HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital and ICU team in Panama City, Florida.

Qualified Candidates

• Must be critical care board eligible or board certified (all specialties will be considered)
• Florida licensure or ability to obtain
• Ability to work Full Time
• 12 hour day shift with night call from home
• Experienced Acute Care APP in house at night
• 20 bed ICU
• 1 MD and 1 APP during the day, 1 APP at night with MD on call for backup support
• Ideally available to start Early 2027
• J1 Visa Eligible and open to Fellows
