Job summary

HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in Fort Pierce, Florida, is seeking 2 Critical Care Intensivists to join a growing ICU program via Intensive Care Consortium (ICC). The hospital supports a 30-bed medical/surgical ICU and a 12-bed CV ICU with mandatory intensivist consults.

Shifts are 12 hours with a mix of day and night rotations (2 MDs & 1 APP 7am–7pm; 1 MD & 1 APP 7pm–7am). This is an employed W2 opportunity with competitive compensation and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified/board eligible in Critical Care.
• All Critical Care Specialties will be considered.
• 12-hour shifts; 2 MDs & 1 APP (7am–7pm); 1 MD & 1 APP (7pm–7am).

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care coverage for a high acuity ICU program.
• Rotating day and night shifts with block scheduling; 15 shifts per month.

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) is seeking 2 Critical Care Intensivists to join the growing ICU program at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Qualified Candidates

• Must be board certified/board eligible in Critical Care
• All Critical Care Specialites will be considered
• 15 shifts per month, block scheduling; mix of day and night shifts
• 12-hour shifts covering a 30-bed medical/surgical ICU and 12-bed CV ICU with mandatory Intensivist consults
• Day & Night shifts (rotated): 2 MDs & 1 APP (7am to 7pm); 1 MD & 1 APP (7 pm to 7 am)
• Busy program with high acuity patient population.
• Available 2026
