Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) Healthcare seeks a full-time critical care intensivist to join their ICU program in Brooksville, Florida.

The position includes teaching opportunities with ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs, 12-hour shifts across a 36-bed ICU with rotating day and night coverage, and a busy, high-acuity patient population. ICC supports academic activities, competitive compensation, benefits, and future PCCM fellowship pathways.

Qualifications

• Must be Pulmonary Critical Care fellowship trained and board certified; board eligible if new Fellow
• Teaching opportunity with ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs
• 15 shifts per month, block scheduling, mix ofday and night shifts
• 12 hour shifts covering a 36-bed medical/surgical ICU with mandatory Intensivist consults
• Day & Night shifts (rotated): 2 MDs (7am to 7pm); 1 MD (7 pm to 7 am)
• Busy program with high acuity patient population
• Future PCCM Fellowship 2027
