ICC Healthcare in Overland Park, Kansas invites a Critical Care Intensivist to join the Overland Park Regional Medical Center ICU team.

The role covers 12-hour shifts across 35 ICU beds (MSICU and CVICU), with 2 daytime and 1 nighttime physician on duty, and involves bedside teaching for GME, IM residents, and cardiac fellows. Start date 2026–2027.

Qualifications

• Must be critical care board eligible or board certified (all specialties will be considered).
• Kansas licensure or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work Full Time, 12-15 shifts per month.
• Mix of days and nights with 12-hour shifts across 35 ICU beds (25 MSICU and 10 CVICU).
• 2 MDs during the day, 1 MD at night.
• Clinical bedside teaching to support GME, IM Residents and Cardiac Fellows.
• Ideally available to start in 2026, Early 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU coverage for 35 ICU beds (MSICU and CVICU) with a team of two daytime and one nighttime physician.
• Collaborate with ICU colleagues and participate in teaching for residents and fellows.
• Support GME activities and bedside teaching for IM residents and cardiac fellows.
