Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking registered nurses (RNs) to provide professional patient care in critical care units, including Medical ICU and Cardiac Neuro ICU, across multiple locations in Illinois. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing (with plan to complete the BSN), current Illinois RN license and CPR, 2–5 years of critical care experience, and ACLS certification

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with a plan to obtain a Bachelor’s within five years.
• Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification.
• 2–5 years of critical care nursing experience.
• ACLS certification within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan and evaluate care using critical thinking skills.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to team members and collaborate to meet unit goals.
