RNs must hold Illinois licensure, CPR certification, ACLS within six months, and have 2–5 years in critical care. Both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekday and weekend options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• ACLS within six months of start date.
• 2–5 years of RN critical care experience.
• If ADN, must graduate with BSN within five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate care tasks and function as a unit team member.
