Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care for clients in critical care settings, including Medical ICU and Cardiac Neuro ICU. The RN will assess patient conditions, plan and evaluate care, and collaborate with a healthcare team to meet unit goals.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Illinois RN licensure, CPR, ACLS within six months, and 2–5 years of critical care experience.
