Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Critical care experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Promote healing environment through patient and family education on post-treatment care and medication management.
• Ensure patient safety, quality standards, and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans, communicating effectively across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
• Maintain safety-sensitive practices, working alertly and safely at all times.
