Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced Critical Care Float Pool nurses to support the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Progressive Care units. This role emphasizes advanced clinical judgment, adaptability, and delivering exceptional patient care across multiple high-acuity settings.

The position is not entry-level and requires experience in critical care, with opportunities for leadership development, CCRN and other certifications.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Arkansas or compact state.
• BLS and ALS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: 2+ years of critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing across multiple units (ED/ICU/Stepdown).
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care across high-acuity settings.
