Job summary

Sarnova HC, LLC in Denver seeks a Field Clinical Specialist, Critical Care for Tri-anim Health Services. You will deliver clinical education to ICU, OR, and acute care teams, focusing on airway management, physiologic monitoring, and ventilation technologies to support adoption and safe patient care.

The ideal candidate is an RN or RRT with 5+ years in high-acuity settings, capable of presenting to clinicians and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and RN or RRT credentials.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in high-acuity settings (ICU, OR, anesthesia/perioperative, ED or critical care transport).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to educate clinicians and influence practice change.
• Experience with clinical education, product training, or medical device implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clinical education programs for ICU, OR and other critical care settings.
• Lead pre-evaluation, evaluation, and post-implementation processes for product adoption.
• Provide bedside-relevant training to optimize device utilization and patient outcomes.
• Partner with sales to support commercialization with credible clinical education and demos.
• Support product evaluations and remote training across the Western territory.
