Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to manage inventory and coordinate equipment distribution across The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, the Critical Care Tower, and the Emergency Department.

You will receive and process equipment distribution requests, track orders, maintain stock levels, and manage non-capital equipment inventories while collaborating with leadership to uphold building standards and patient care requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant experience in inventory management, supply chain, materials management, equipment coordination, or a related healthcare support role.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process equipment distribution requests and fulfill and track orders.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage the inventory of non-capital equipment.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Director, Manager, and Inventory Control Analyst to support building standards across the James campus.
