Job summary

A nonprofit health care organization is seeking a Critical Care EMS Instructor to teach various EMS courses such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC to pre-hospital and in-hospital providers. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree and at least three years of experience in a hospital critical care or EMS setting. Current nursing or paramedic licensure in Minnesota or Wisconsin is necessary. This role supports innovation in health care education and community service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years work experience in a hospital critical care or EMS setting.
• Current Minnesota or Wisconsin nurse certification/licensure required, or paramedic certification.
• Current Minnesota or Wisconsin nurse certification/licensure required, or paramedic certification.
• Instructor certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC.

In this role, you will instruct various “merit” badge EMS courses—ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC—for pre‑hospital (EMT‑paramedics) and in‑hospital providers (physicians, residents, nurses, allied health, etc.), and assist the EMS Education Division with curriculum development.
