Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC seeks a Critical Care NP/PA for the CVICU in Hershey, PA. Coverage is clinical only, ASAP through 31 March 2027. Expect 3 13-hour shifts per week, with 7:00–20:00 or 19:00–08:00 schedules.

Rounding, daily patient management, and admissions are included, along with perioperative care and ECMO/Impella/LVAD support as needed.

Qualifications

• Board certified in critical care.
• Licensed in PA (state license required).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or current.
• Experience in CVICU or cardiac ICU setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-acuity CVICU patients under intensivist guidance.
• Perform daily rounds, patient management, and order entry.
• Handle admissions and post-operative management.
• Perform arterial/central lines, Swan-Ganz catheter, and IABP removal.
• Manage VA/VV ECMO, Impella, LVAD, and cardiac transplant patients.
