Select Specialty Hospital - Miami Lakes is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team providing inpatient post-ICU care to complex patients. The role is based in Miami Lakes, FL, with a full-time schedule.

You will work under an Occupational Therapist, develop and adjust therapy plans, monitor responses, complete documentation, and participate in ongoing education and departmental seminars to support high-quality patient care.

Competenze

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
• BLS certification (or completion within 90 days) is required or per state regulations.

Mansioni

• Treat patients with complex needs under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Conduct individual therapy regimens.
• Monitor patient responses and modify treatment as directed.
• Complete documentation in accordance with department policies.
