• Assists in the evaluation process as needed or directed by OT.
• Identifies indications for and assists in evaluations at appropriate intervals.
• Assists in identifying a problem list, goals and treatment plan.
• Conducts individual, supervised and group treatment as assigned by OT.
• Monitors patient response to intervention and communicates with OT for modifications.
• Maintains acceptable patient care ratios as determined by OT.
